President Rodrigo Duterte SONA 2k18

It is President Duterte's 3rd State of the Nation Address. It was a short speech, than I expected. I thought that it will last an hour like the previous SONA of the president. I was enticed by the issues and future plans discussed by President Duterte.

It has been 2 years, when the election was held. "Change is Coming"  it is my most favorite line  from the previous speech of the President. Since  he was elected, it is also the time that I realized the importance of being a citizen even though I'm so young in that age.

My only concern is all about the War on Drugs as President Duterte's administration. We might say that it's a good step because somehow drug pushers and drud users were imprisoned. But many of them got killed that intrigued the human  rights. It made me discombobulated if where will be my side is.

But is it just my opinion. No matter what we do, always remind that we are Filipinos. We were made to love, to support and protect each other.

Nutrition Month 2k18

It is the time we celebrate the nutrition month. "Ugaliing Magtanim, Sapat na Nutrisyon Aanihin." As today many of us don't give importance to our health. We continue pestering it by our ceaseless bad habits that we didn't notice it. Notice that it's killing our good health little by little.

Good nutrition is the key for us to be healthy. Obeying the rules will not be a hidrance to our motto "YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE". That's why we have this month where we celebrate the nutrition month. Where many activities was held like cooking contest, selling nutritious foods and etc. It is the month , students become excited because of the nutri jingle contest that gives thrill to them. In short, it is the month we love the most.

Nutrition is a field of science that has still a lot to be discovered and tested. Celebrating the nutrition month continuously is a proof that we always know the magnitude of being a healthy person. We should always glorify it to highlight the benefits and the good things we get in celebrating the nutrition month.

Letter For Our President Duterte

Dear Mr. President,

First of all,hello Mr. President Rodrigo Roa Duterte. It is a blessing for me to  write a letter for you. I'm your fan and I really do love you.

We are so really happy to have a president like you. Especially the day that you were announce as the president of Philippines, me and my family was very delighted because finally a true leader has come.

You're doing a great job  president and keep on showing us that we didn't make a mistake on choosing you as our leader Mr.President.

Celebrating the Day of Freedom

Independence Day is the moment we celebrate our freedom from the invaders. Invaders who take control of the citizens and its territory. But the urge running in their veins became more aggressive that push them to fight for their own freedom.
Not only one but three countries invaded the country of Philippines and turn Filipinos into a slave. Filipinos worked and became a slave in their own land, bearing  the cruelness and brutality of the invaders.Women suffered from the inhuman prostitution. Some children, forced to work even if they can't. Many Filipinos died in young age because of this cruel invaders. But soon Filipinos learn to fight and clash the invaders to be free. Now, we're celebrating our Independence Day. Celebrating it to show others that we Filipinos are free and have the will to fight for our own decisions and rights.
And celebrating the Independence Day is a great honor for us. Being free from invaders makes us more fearless.
